NR Inspection Business Support Officer (Experience in SAP)

📋 Description

• Provide administrative support task handling for OGC Downstream Inspections AU & PNG
• Monitor OGC-Trade’s MS Teams Channels, ensuring all status tracking records and supporting clerical
• Support existing GBS remote resources with task handling, data management and communications.
• Support existing FBT remote resources with OGC-Trade specific task handling, document processing
• Providing generalized clerical support to AUS NR TIS Managers and Coordinators including support

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum four-year university degree from an internationally accredited institution.
• A minimum of one-year data entry, management and verification experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to data quality and operational excellence
• Foundational level skills as MS365 Office Apps user (including SharePoint and OneDrive).
• Intermediate level skills as MS Teams and MS Excel user (additional Odyssey Training to be provided)
• Foundational level skills as BOSS-OM user
