Nuclear Bolt Technician - Seasonal Fall Outage

📋 Description

• Install, remove, inspect, and tighten bolted connections per QA and safety rules.
• Perform bolting, torquing, and tensioning on plant systems and components.
• Work during Fall Refueling Outage at Oconee Nuclear Station (seasonal).
• Follow procedures, maintain quality, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Be prepared for extended hours, weekends, and holiday coverage.
• Obtain and maintain unescorted nuclear access and site access.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with controlled bolting, torquing, tensioning, or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specs, and procedures.
• Experience using hydraulic torque equipment and tensioning systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear facilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
