📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers to identify customer needs, address business challenges
• Deliver regional and sub-regional commitments for orders, revenue, contribution margin, market

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical discipline from an accredited college or
• At least 10 years of experience in the power generation industry.
• At least 5 years of experience with steam turbine and generator products and services, nuclear
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, project management, or customer service within
• Previous direct experience managing employees, including team leadership, performance development
• Strong understanding of nuclear power generation technologies, service offerings, installed-base

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary: $151,400–$252,200, depending on experience, education, skills, and other
• Geographic salary differentials of 110%, 120%, or 130% may apply in certain locations.
