Number Porting Specialist

📋 Description

• Data Operations: Input LNP data into back-office systems
• Collect and analyze data from back-office systems
• Submit porting requests to country systems per customer demand
• Liaise with customers to gather information for updates
• Track and report LNP requests until verification is complete
• Keep customers informed on the status of their requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
• Minimum 1 year professional experience
• Fluent in English; German/French/Spanish a strong asset
• Advanced Microsoft Office with excellent Excel
• Rigorous numeracy and accurate data handling
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
