📋 Description

• Conduct and facilitate 40-hour Personal Care Aide (PCA) training courses in accordance with NYSDOH
• Prepare for each class by ensuring required training materials, equipment, rosters, attendance
• Maintain complete and audit-ready training records, including enrollment, attendance, curriculum
• Provide remediation, retraining, and competency refreshers when a trainee or caregiver does not
• Collaborate with the Director of Patient Services, Recruitment/Certification, Compliance, and
• Provide orientation, education, and competency support for new field nurses and retraining or

🎯 Requirements

• Current and unrestricted New York State Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license required.
• Associates Degree of Nursing Required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care services (e.g., LHCSA, CHHA, hospice) required; home
• Experience delivering healthcare training, caregiver education, competency evaluation, clinical
• Knowledge of PCA training requirements, adult-learning principles, caregiver scope of practice
