Nurse Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a team of virtual nurses while fostering a culture of kindness, teamwork and compassion.
• Mentor and provide support to new hires including shadow and reverse shadow sessions, and
• Provide day to day clinical support and assist with continued education for all nurses.
• Assist Clinical and Operations Leadership with scheduling, quality, and training needs to ensure we
• Ensure daily duties are carried out by assigned team of nurses; address performance through
• Engage with Clinical Leadership, Compliance, and People Team concerning patient or staff concerns.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in as many of the following states
• Triage and Critical Care experience required.
• At least one year of Charge Nurse/Clinical Management/Leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn and proficiently use multiple EMRs and various communication applications
• Must be comfortable with the virtual use of continuous and episodic vital sign monitoring devices.
