📋 Description

• Manage perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep virtually with a full
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone) and evaluate
• Make autonomous clinical decisions daily in a high-volume, fully remote setting.
• Maintain efficient visits, complete documentation, and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Operate within a schedule between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm in patient local time.

🎯 Requirements

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause/menopause patients
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel with autonomous decisions
• 3+ years synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year evaluating/prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies (GLP-1)
