Nurse Practitioner – Addiction Medicine (Telehealth)

📋 Description

• Deliver MOUD to patients via telehealth
• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment
• Work in a fully remote outpatient setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Practice harm reduction with patient autonomy

🎯 Requirements

• Active NP license in AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN
• Reside in NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, VA, WA, WY
• Note: FL, IL, MA, MN, or VA require independent practice licensure
• At least 6 months of outpatient buprenorphine experience (initiation included)
• Full-time availability: 30–40 hours/week
• Private HIPAA-compliant workspace
