Active NP license; reside in AK/AZ/CO/FL/ID/IL/KS/MA/MD/MN/NC/NH/NM/NV/NY/OH/OR/VA/WA/WY
Note: some states require independent practice
6+ months outpatient buprenorphine prescribing experience
Ability to initiate buprenorphine care, not just continue prescriptions
Full-time: 30–40 hours/week with fixed schedules
