• Deliver MOUD to patients via telehealth in a remote outpatient setting.
• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment.

🎯 Requirements

• Active NP license in your state of residence.
• 6+ months independent outpatient buprenorphine experience.
• Ability to work autonomously with patient-centered care.
• Private HIPAA-compliant workspace.
• Harm-reduction aligned care approach.
• Full-time availability: 30–40 hours weekly.
