📋 Description

• Deliver MOUD via telehealth in remote outpatient care.
• Initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment with care team.
• 100% remote, full-time, W2 clinician.

🎯 Requirements

• Active NP license in listed states.
• 6 months independent outpatient buprenorphine experience.
• Ability to initiate care, not just continuation.
• Full-time 30–40 hours/week with fixed M-F shifts.
• Florida/Illinois/Massachusetts/Minnesota/Virginia independence licensure required.
• Graduate NP degree required.
