Nurse Practitioner – Addiction Medicine (Telehealth)

📋 Description

• Deliver MOUD to patients via telehealth in a remote outpatient setting.
• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment.
• Work 100% remote, full-time, W2 position.
• Reside in listed states and hold an active NP license.
• Minimum 6 months of independent outpatient buprenorphine prescribing.
• 30–40 hour workweek with fixed M-F schedules.

🎯 Requirements

• Active NP license in one of the listed states.
• Reside in AK/AZ/CO/FL/ID/IL/KS/MA/MD/MN/NC/NH/NM/NV/NY/OH/OR/VA/WA/WY.
• 6+ months independent outpatient buprenorphine prescribing.
• Private HIPAA-compliant workspace and ability to work autonomously.
• Full-time availability: 30–40 hours/week.
• Note: FL/IL/MA/MN/VA require independent practice licensure.
