Nurse Practitioner – Addiction Medicine (Telehealth)

📋 Description

• Deliver MOUD via buprenorphine in remote outpatient care.
• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine within a team-based model.

🎯 Requirements

• Active NP license; reside in eligible states.
• No PA-Cs or CNSs hired.
• Florida/Illinois/Massachusetts/Minnesota/Virginia must have independent practice licensure.
• Minimum 6 months experience in independent outpatient setting with buprenorphine initiation.
• Strong patient-centered practice; ability to work autonomously.
• Private HIPAA-compliant workspace.
