🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Adult-Gerontological
• Graduate of an accredited US Nursing School and an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
• Proven clinical background in Geriatrics, palliative care or memory care, with deep experience in
• Demonstrated experience in advance care planning and serious illness communication with patients
• Active, unrestricted license in OR, WA, ID, and OH
• Prior experience thriving within a high-growth startup or digital health environment
