Perform annual wellness visits and health assessments for geriatric patients with chronic conditions
Provide health education and teaching to patients
Assist in closing quality care gaps (screenings and labs)
Team player with willingness to contribute to care delivery workflows

🎯 Requirements

Must have active NP or MD license for NV
National certification; experience in primary/adult/geriatric care; EMR skills preferred
Independent Contractor; compensation on a per-visit basis
Any bilingual candidate is a plus
