📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
• See 16-20 patients per day in outpatient setting
• Deliver patient-centered care aligned with value-based care
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate care
• Practice with Rhode Island regulations; consult and refer as needed
• Manage an assigned patient panel with preventive care and chronic disease management

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (required)
• Board certified as NP (FNP/AGNP or related) (required)
• Licensed or eligible for Rhode Island APRN license
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain (required)
• Rhode Island CSR registration or eligibility to obtain (required)
• Commitment to patient-centered, value-based primary care; strong communication
