📋 Description

• Manage a full patient panel for perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep
• Provide ongoing, relationship-based care with patients over time
• Prescribe and independently manage Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) including estrogen
• Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies
• Make autonomous clinical decisions on a daily basis
• Handle a high-volume environment efficiently, maintaining documentation and meeting productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel with autonomous clinical decisions
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1
