📋 Description

• Assess patient needs - Conduct virtual consultations through video and secure chat, asking

• Develop and coordinate care plans - Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory tests, using

• Collaborate with the care team - Work closely with physicians and other advanced practice providers

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP); Nurse Practitioner candidates
• At least 5 years of independent patient-care experience as an APP in family practice, primary care
• Experience delivering patient-facing care via digital platforms, including urgent virtual visits
• Experience coordinating treatment plans with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong clinical judgment for independent assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Clear and empathetic communication with patients and colleagues in virtual settings.
