📋 Description

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting
• Use prescriptive authority as part of a collaborative practice agreement, consulting and partnering
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and other providers
• Use tooling to allow virtual "exams" including remote home monitoring equipment, remote physical
• Participate in collaborative care model with multiple care team members including registered

🎯 Requirements

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
• 3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
• 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care
• Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States: Must have FL License; Preferred - TX, OH or NJ
