📋 Description

• Manage perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep virtually
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone)
• Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies
• Make autonomous clinical decisions daily
• Carry a full patient panel and build ongoing relationships with patients over time
• Meet documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks

🎯 Requirements

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1
