Nursing Assistant / CNA

📋 Description

• Provide care in a small residential setting for up to four individuals.
• Deliver personal care, health-related support, and transport to appointments.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team on individualized care plans.
• Assist with medication administration as trained.
• Help with meals, housekeeping, and daily living activities.
• Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old; HS diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance proof.
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation within 10 years.
• NA certification may not need to be current; must not be revoked; provide transcripts.
• Higher medical education may qualify in lieu of NA certification (discuss in interview).
• Physical: stand/walk, transfers, mobility supports, lift up to 50 pounds.
