Nursing Assistant / CNA

📋 Description

• Provide care in a small residential setting for up to four individuals.
• Deliver direct services, including personal care and health support.
• Help develop and support individualized care plans with the team.
• Assist with medication administration and health tasks as trained.
• Assist with meals, cleaning, and daily living activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Completed approved Nursing Assistant training within 10 years.
• CNA certification not revoked; provide certification evidence.
• Higher education in medical field may qualify.
