Nursing Assistant / CNA

📋 Description

• Provide care in a small residential setting supporting up to four individuals
• Provide direct services including personal cares and health-related support
• Work collaboratively to develop and support individual care plans
• Assist with medication administration and health-related tasks
• Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
• Maintain clean and safe living environment

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Completion of approved Nursing Assistant training within last 10 years
• Nursing Assistant certification not revoked
• Certification, diploma, or transcripts must be provided
