📋 Description

• Provide direct care in small residential setting
• Administer medications and health-related tasks
• Assist with meal prep, cleaning, daily living
• Support mobility, transfers, and Hoyer lifts
• Implement behavior support and crisis interventions
• Complete accurate electronic documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 18 years or older and high school/GED
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Nursing Assistant certification within 10 years
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Person-centered care approach
