Nursing Assistant / CNA

📋 Description

• Provide direct care in small residential setting, supporting up to four individuals
• Assist with medication administration and health-related tasks as trained
• Assist with meal preparation, household cleaning, and daily living activities
• Support mobility needs using transfers, mechanical lifts, and positioning
• Utilize behavior support strategies and crisis prevention interventions
• Transport individuals to appointments and community outings

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Completion of approved Nursing Assistant training within last 10 years
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills for documentation
