Nursing Assistant / CNA

📋 Description

• Provide care in a small residential setting supporting up to four individuals.
• Provide direct services, including personal cares and health-related support.
• Work collaboratively to develop, implement, and support individual care plans.
• Assist with medication administration and health-related tasks as trained.
• Assist with meal preparation, household cleaning, and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with mobility needs and behavior support strategies as trained.

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training program within last 10 years.
• Certification, diploma, or transcripts must be provided.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED, age 18 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical transfers.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
