Nursing Assistant / CNA

📋 Description

• Provide care in a small residential setting supporting up to four individuals
• Provide direct services including personal cares and health-related support
• Work with supervisors to develop, implement and support individual care plans
• Assist with medication administration and health-related tasks as trained
• Assist with meal prep, household cleaning, and daily living activities
• Transport individuals to appointments, activities, and community outings

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Completion of approved Nursing Assistant training program
• Nursing Assistant certification not current but not revoked
• Ability to lift, move, push, pull up to 50 pounds
