Nursing Assistant / CNA

📋 Description

• Provide direct care in a small residential setting, building meaningful relationships
• Assist with medication administration and health-related tasks as trained
• Support individuals with daily routines, skill development, and personal goals
• Provide mobility support including transfers and Hoyer lifts
• Assist with meal prep, household cleaning, and daily living activities
• Complete accurate electronic documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation
• Basic computer skills and strong communication
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
