Nursing Manager (Registered Nurse)

📋 Description

• Supervise, support, and develop nursing staff while promoting accountability, consistency, and
• Ensure required assessments, wellness plans, face-to-face visits, and documentation are completed
• Monitor healthcare needs, clinical services, and care delivery for individuals supported across
• Partner with Area Directors, Program Directors, nurses, and other team members on medical concerns
• Help develop healthcare systems and nursing supports for new individuals and new programs.
• Ensure nursing services and documentation meet licensing requirements, organizational standards

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Indiana
• At least 1 year of experience leading, supervising, coaching, or developing nursing or healthcare
• Strong ability to communicate clinical information clearly and maintain accurate healthcare
• Valid Driver's License (must be able to travel between programs as needed)
• Must successfully complete required background and compliance checks
• Residential Services Experience (ICF/IID, Medicaid waiver, group home, supported living, or
