Nursing Services Manager

📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and grow the Wellness Coordination services.
• Effectively supervise and manage the nursing staff.
• Ensure the completion and/or review of the Wellness Assessment, Risk Mitigation Tool, and Wellness
• Ensure face-to-face visits are occurring and documented as outlined in the DDRS Wellness
• Provide leadership and direction in promoting the concepts set forth in the organization’s mission
• Assure consistency and quality of health care services for people receiving Dungarvin services.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Indiana RN License: Must be a Registered Nurse with a current, unrestricted license to
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly document care, interpret and follow healthcare
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of experience leading, supervising, coaching, or developing
• Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling between

• Compensation: $71,335.76 Annually Fixed Rate plus $5,000 retention bonus
