O2C Global Process Expert

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end O2C process assessments, identifying opportunities for standardisation, automation
• Translate global process standards into business requirements, process designs, functional
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Transformation teams to define requirements
• Support governance, prioritisation, and demand management activities by assessing business cases
• Use process data, operational metrics, and performance insights to monitor adoption, measure

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable, Shared Services, Finance
• Proven experience leading process improvement, transformation, standardisation, or operational
• Experience defining business and functional requirements, process mapping, future-state design, and
• Strong understanding of financial controls, audit requirements, compliance frameworks, and process
• Experience supporting large-scale business change, ERP, finance transformation, or process
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including invoicing, collections, cash
