🎯 Requirements

Located on the East Coast
Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Math or equivalent experience
Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes
5+ years in technical support, TAM, consulting, SE or similar roles
Strong understanding of observability; Grafana, Prometheus, Loki a plus
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multi-client management
