Contribute to and maintain Tulip's triage and remediation processes as a coach.
Perform incident response and debug production issues across the stack.
Design, build, and maintain core infra and tooling for engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years with open-source Observability tools (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir)
Hands-on with instrumenting distributed systems using OpenTelemetry and Prometheus
Experience developing/distributing Claude Skills or Gemini Gems AI processes
Experience with time-series data, ideally using PromQL
