Occupancy Specialist - The Chase

📋 Description

• Making appointments, receiving and screening visitors and telephone calls using a telephone script.
• Maintaining and controlling confidential files and records.
• Preparing leases for occupancy and making initial computation of rents and monthly payments
• Reviewing applications and interviewing applicants for housing.
• Maintaining the waiting list of applicants for housing and determining applicant eligibility.
• Maintaining continuing compliance and resident relations, upholding all fair housing principles

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Generally has specific experience in the regulatory occupancy field.
