📋 Description

• Implement and manage safety programs meeting Cal/OSHA requirements.
• Inspect facilities and equipment; identify hazards; apply safeguards.
• Serve as Safety Officer; lead committees; support emergency preparedness and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations; collect data and report events.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements.
• Develop and deliver health and safety training; maintain docs and records.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in safety, occupational health, engineering, or related.
• 3-7 years relevant health & safety experience.
• Certifications in occupational health & safety desirable.
• Cal/OSHA knowledge; English proficiency; environmental compliance.
• Root cause analysis and incident investigation skills.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
