Occupational Safety and Health Manager

📋 Description

• Review and ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal occupational safety and health
• Manage, coordinate, and track employee occupational health requirements, including pre-employment
• Prepare and/or review standard operating procedures
• Perform and fully document walkthroughs and OSH inspections of industrial and manufacturing areas
• Perform follow-up inspections to close out recommendations, specifically on hazard abatement
• Track the status of open actions using databases, spreadsheets, SharePoint lists, or Power Platform

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience interpreting and applying local, state, and federal OSH standards, regulations
• 8+ years of progressive experience in OSH, industrial safety, construction safety, or related
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and safety practices related to lockout/tagout, confined space
• Experience conducting workplace inspections, job hazard analyses (JHAs), risk assessments, incident
• Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating safety management systems and programs to
• Demonstrated ability to identify safety risks, recommend mitigation measures, and communicate
