📋 Description

• Provide remote OT sessions/evaluations for diverse pediatric patients
• Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools
• Deliver outcomes-focused care with caregiver engagement
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time
• Participate in required training and team communication
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure continuity

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and individual NPI number
• Licensed in a key state or willing to obtain prior to start date
• Reliable internet and comfort with teletherapy platforms
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate pediatric experience
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
