Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Conduct OT assessments in facility and occasionally in home to define care needs.
• Join IDT meetings to develop participant care plans.
• Deliver and document interventions per care plans.
• Provide active/passive exercise, gait, and ADL training.
• Train Therapy Assistants to implement Functional Maintenance Programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy; master’s preferred.
• Two years clinical experience with frail/elderly population preferred.
• Valid California OT license or license eligibility.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; certification upon hire preferred.
