Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Conduct OT assessments in facilities and homes to define care needs
• Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop care plans
• Deliver and document OT interventions per care plans
• Provide active and passive exercises, gait, and ADL training
• Mentor Therapy Assistants to implement Functional Maintenance Programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy; master's preferred
• Two years in a clinical setting with frail or elderly population preferred
• Valid California Occupational Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; CPR/First Aid on hire preferred
