Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Coordinate and provide restorative occupational therapy services with IDT
• Maximize independence and safety, enhance ADLs
• Develop participant care plans with IDT
• Deliver and document interventions per care plans
• Provide active/passive exercise, gait and functional training
• Collaborate with Therapy Assistants on FMPs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in occupational therapy; master’s preferred
• California OT license or eligibility
• CPR and First Aid within 180 days (hire).
