• Provide OT services to adults in their homes
• Perform comprehensive evaluations of functional abilities

• Collaborate with nursing and care team to coordinate care

🎯 Requirements

• Current OT license in New Jersey
• Minimum one year OT experience
• Home Health experience preferred
• Graduate of accredited OT program
• Strong assessment and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and organization
