Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide outpatient therapy services within senior living communities and group home settings
• Deliver evidence-based interventions that promote functional independence and improve quality of
• Collaborate with home health clinicians to ensure smooth transitions of care and achieve
• Educate clients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, adaptive
• Complete timely documentation, treatment notes, and discharge planning using BAYADA’s EMR system.

🎯 Requirements

• Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Minimum of one year of recent Occupational Therapist experience.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program recognized by the AOTA and AMA.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
