Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide remote occupational therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
• Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable's clinical tools and platform
• Deliver outcomes-focused care through meaningful collaboration and caregiver engagement
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support successful clinical outcomes
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time
• Participate in required training, clinical learning opportunities, and team communication

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) and individual NPI
• Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
