Occupational Therapist - Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate functional status including ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological and motor performance; develop plans.
• Evaluate home environment for hazards for independent living.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Document observations, interventions, and patient education using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current Maryland Occupational Therapist license.
• Prior home care experience preferred, but not required.
• A minimum of one year of OT experience.
• Graduation from an AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
