Occupational Therapist- Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate patients' functional status including ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, motor aspects; develop intervention plans.
• Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Update OT care plan; collaborate with nursing in MDT.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Maryland OT license.
• Minimum one year of OT experience.
• Graduation from an accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
