📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate functional status: muscle, endurance, coordination, ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological and motor performance.
• Assess home safety and environmental barriers.
• Identify equipment needs and adaptations.
• Update care plan; collaborate with nursing.

🎯 Requirements

• Current North Carolina OT license.
• Minimum one year of OT experience.
• Graduation from an accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
