Occupational Therapist, Part Time

📋 Description

• Part-time OT at South LA PACE Center; 16-24 hours/week.
• Provide OT services to participants in clinical and home settings under PACE.
• Ensure compliance with AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Travel between sites and community locations as needed.
• Communicate with participants, caregivers, and team in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Align with Habitat Health values and patient-centered care.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a practicing OT.
• AOTA certification or eligibility for national registration.
• Valid driver's license, personal transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred; additional languages a plus.
• PACE/ADCH/CBAS experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between sites and work in healthcare, administrative or community settings.
