Occupational Therapist, Per Diem, Home Health

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate functional status incl muscle function, endurance, ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance; plan interventions.
• Evaluate home environments for hazards and accessibility.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Update care plan and collaborate with nursing on multidisciplinary team.

🎯 Requirements

• Missouri Occupational Therapist license.
• At least 1 year OT experience; home health preferred but not required.
• Graduated from an OT program accredited by AMA/AOTA.
• Ability to work independently; strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Travel locally to cases.
