Occupational Therapist (PT)

📋 Description

• Establish occupational therapy treatment goals through dynamic and standardized assessment tools
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to create collaborative treatment plans
• Provide individual therapy sessions as well as group or co-treats as appropriate
• Maintain patient records and billing per federal/state regulations and policy
• Provide play-based and goal-based interventions to promote sensory processing and daily living skills
• Educate patients and families on home programs that complement treatment

🎯 Requirements

• You possess a master’s degree in related field.
• You hold a current and unrestricted license and/or certification to practice; cross-state licensure as needed.
• You have excellent clinical skills.
• You are skilled at using software and systems including EMR and Microsoft Office.
• You preferably have knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.
• You’re available between 10-25 hours per week between 2:00 and 7:00 p.m. (weekdays).
