Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, ROM, transfer status, balance, safety)
Develop and implement individualized care plans (manual therapy, gait, balance)
Implement wound care interventions with evidence-based dressings
Continuously assess and revise OT care plans
Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care for health and independence
Document observations and interventions using a touch-pad EMR

🎯 Requirements

Current AZ Occupational Therapist license
Willing to travel within assigned territory
Graduate of accredited OT program
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
1 year OT experience
